Suggestion Box: The National Choral Awards program is expanding!

Choral Canada is reimagining and expanding the National Choral Awards program and we are eager for your input! What categories would you like to see? What would you like the criteria to be for selecting the nominees and winners in those categories? What do you wish was being celebrated about individuals and groups in our arts sector and community? Important: it does not have to be only artistic!

What are the National Choral Awards? Established in 1988 to honour outstanding contributions to the choral and group singing arts sector and community across the country, the awards are presented publicly every two years at Podium, Choral Canada's national conference. The awards honour and celebrate achievements during the previous two seasons. The 2022 awards were cancelled due to the pandemic. The next awards will be presented at Podium in Montréal in May 2024.
