Where: The Harahan VFW Hall - 1133 Hickory Ave

Costs:

Vendor 10×10 Space: $50 (SOLD OUT)
Table 6×6: $35 (SOLD OUT)
Outside 10×10: $20

Brands/Types of Vendors already represented: Colorstreet, Paparazzi, Scentsy, Tupperware, Tumblers, Sublimation

• 1 6ft Table provided for indoor spots
• Outdoor spots will be located under the overhang or in the parking lot and you’ll be expected to provide your own set-up.

The Breakdown:

• Vendor spaces are estimated at 10x10 and you'll be provided with one 6-foot table, in the past we've usually provided two tables but we will not be able to provide this for each vendor space, so plan on having only one table.
• We are looking for vendors and crafters, all vendors please include a link to a photo of your booth, or your product display/etsy shop etc.
• Pictures provided will be used for social media advertisement as well, so please make sure they are clear and represent your product well.
• If you fill out this application form, you'll be invoiced through paypal. Before we did through Cognito forms and had to refund once we filled up and this way we have more control and will not have to do refunds.
• This is an indoor and outdoor event.
• Electricity will be provided by request only.


PLEASE BE AWARE:

The balance will be required to be paid in full to lock down your table. There will be no payment accepted day-of, payment is via a CC or Paypal. If an "act of God" occurs we will reschedule we will not cancel.

RULES & REGULATIONS

• Setup is 7am to 8:30am Saturday morning. No exceptions. Friday night might be available for set-up for this date, we will let you know as we get closer to the event.
• Vendors are expected to be completely set-up at 8:30am that morning and no later.
• Outdoor booths are required to have at least 5lbs of weights on each tent pole if using a tent - we recommend 20lbs though. We are not responsible for damaged property because of lack preparedness and the wind can get bad at times. If your tent does damage to another vendors set-up you will be responsible for the damage it inflicted. Bring weights.
• Parking in the parking lot is for VISITORS ONLY, you will be allowed to pull up and unload and then you MUST move your vehicle to across the street, the lot will be cleared at 8:30am and vehicles will be towed if not moved. If you need certain accessibility let us know beforehand and we will make accommodations.
• Early pack-up/leaving is PROHIBITED, we understand that there might be extenuating circumstances to leave an event, but leaving early disrupts other vendors and discourages shoppers and is unfair for the event, the other vendors and the authors.
• If you don't include an item on this form, please do not bring it for sale if it is outside of the scope of what you described, especially if it is not a product that is handmade (for example - you sell art but you are also a rep for Colorstreet and put those out as well) - do not do this.
• Please help us in advertising the event on social media by sharing posts, marking that you are attending the event and telling your friends
