Last Date of Registration for Final Campus Placements:- 05th July 2022.
*(Form can be edited again once the 6th Semester result will be out to update average CGPA till 6th Sem, till then, students can fill average CGPA till 5th Sem.)

T&P Cell Policy:-
1.
Applying for a company or joining a company is entirely the responsibility/decision of the student concerned.
2.
All full time final year students of MITS, Gwalior are eligible to participate in the recruitment process for placements through the Training and Placement (T&P) Cell.
3. After last date of registration process, NO form will be entertained. Those students who do not register will be treated as not interested and they will NOT BE ALLOWED to attend recruitment process of any company.
4.
Students will have to update their credentials/backlog & revaluation result or any other data in the T&P cell on their own if any changes arises after registration.
5.
It is expected that a student shall NOT furnish any ambiguous/wrong/fraudulent/misleading information in his/her registration form. If found at any stage his/her candidature or selection can be cancelled.
6.
Any sort of misbehavior on the part of students which affects the decorum of the Institute/ T&P Cell/ visiting company during the Training Sessions/Workshops conducted by T&P cell, PPT’s (Pre-Placement Talks) at the time of campus process or the selection process attracts a penalty or he/she can be BLACKLISTED from all the campus selection process at the Institute.

All the notices related to the placement will be sent through REGISTERED EMAIL ID ONLY in this registration and will be published on the notice boards and all the departments only. All the students are required to check their registered mail regularly on daily basis for updates.

The Institute’s placement policy is ONE STUDENT ONE JOB. However, if the first job is from a Mass Recruiter Company or Day1 - IT Company, the student may sit for a non-Mass Recruiter Company or Core company of their domain in addition.
9.
Apart from the above rule, if any student has an offer in hand from their core domain company than he/she can sit only for the company which will be offering Double Salary Package (CTC) or more than Double of the previous offer. (For Eg. If any student is having job offer of 3.0 LPA than he can sit in the companies offering 6.0 LPA or more, no round off.)
10. While sitting in the core domain company students must ensure that their Mass Recruiter IT Company offer will be revoked upon the selection in core domain company. Students have to decide the choice of the company on or before the selection process of the next company. (Eg. If students is having an offer of Accenture but he /she wants to go ahead with another core company called Lupin, in that case if he /she got selected in Lupin than his/her Accenture's offer will be revoked automatically).****
11.
Above mentioned rule No. 8, 9 and 10 can be changed as per the demand & requirement of the visiting Company/PSU’s for the campus recruitment which will be declared before the selection process.
12.
Placement of a student in BPO, KPO and only offer for Internship or Call for SSB in Indian Army/Navy/Air Force will not affect in case of rule No. 8,9, & 10.
13.
At the time of appearing for interviews online/offline, students MUST carry copies of their resume in the format given by Institute only in soft copy/ hard copy & NO other format will be entertained. Discrepancies in resumes are not appreciated by companies and may become a cause for rejection.
14.
All students appearing in campus recruitment process are required to attend the process on the scheduled time and in proper FORMAL DRESS UP with their IDENTITY CARDS at all times during interviews & screening tests, otherwise they will not be allowed to attend the campus selection process.
15.
Students must carry a complete file with original certificates, passport size photographs, photocopies and few copies of resumes thereof while appearing for the interviews. (Resumes should be in MITS College format only which will be provided by T&P Cell)
16.
Once students have confirmed for the process or appeared for any step of company’s processes like Pre-Registration or confirmation, PPT, Written Test /Online Test or GD, he/she CANNOT withdraw from the recruitment process in between at any stage. Otherwise he/she would have to face the actions taken by the authority and maybe be BLACKLISTED for all campus processes further.**
17. Once Student is selected through campus process and have already joined the company with any given salary, he/she will not be able to sit in any other company's processes which will be coming after joining or end of season.
18.
Each student is responsible for the data in database and cannot hold T&P Cell responsible for any errors.

** VERY IMPORTANT: 1. Keep your personal Email id ready before this registration in proper format should indicate your name. Email id should be same for all further communication which will work throughout your life in your Career ahead. Also, try to keep your registered mobile no. same till your final joining anywhere.
2. Fill Aggregate CGPA till 3rd Year in the form carefully. (Find out average of Three years as per your Institute current formula given at back side of your mark-sheets) Later on T&P cell or Company will not be responsible for any mismatch. **
3. Keep your PAN Card ready which is MUST. Also, do apply for Passport as well mainly for IT companies.
