Please complete this registration form to indicate your interest in being added to the Wait List for a specific ESL or LINC class for the 2022-2023. If you studied with us last year, please contact the school directly to register or to check if you are on the Wait List already. 

Unfortunately, we have limited class space due to funding cutbacks and so many classes are full. We apologize that you will need to join a Wait List. 

If there is extra space in a class at your level or we offer additional classes, someone will contact you to tell you the start date of your class and to register you.

Notes: Language Level and Assessment
If you do not have a language assessment less than 12 months old, you will need to be assessed to find out your CLB level. You can make an appointment yourself at either YMCA locations. All new learners must have a language assessment completed at the Ottawa Y-Language Assessment and Referral Centre (Y-LARC). Learners may then select the school location of their choice and register in person Please bring proof of status in Canada and proof of Ontario address.
