The Spring Programs at Emerald Bay run from March 4-June 5 for the 2022 year. With the unique nature of being located on Catalina Island, We are looking for staff that is interested in either living full-time in camp (housing provided) or willing to commute for contracted times. If you would like to be considered for our spring staff, please choose the type of availability you would have come March.  

Each applicant is to write a letter answering the questions: Why do you want to work at Camp?  What are you committed to doing to ensure that the history, tradition, and excellence WLACC is known for are continued for the summer of 2022?  How will you help us realize our Vision of “A world in which people make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime.”?  What special skills do you have that would help you in the job(s) you are applying for (Examples include hobbies, technical, computer skills, etc.)? Emerald Bay offers a plethora of activities for campers throughout their time in camp. We host school groups, SCUBA groups, Scout units, YMCA programs, and many more. Although you may be contracted for one position, you will likely be working a variety of areas/activities while in camp.
