A full registration form will need to be completed prior to the beginning of the school year. This Short Form is simply to connect your child with the school for follow-up information.
Those wishing to use the fillable PDF available on the website are welcome to submit in that format OR contact the school and a hardcopy of the full registration form will be provided.
