UEBFA will be responsible for:
  1. Obtaining UKC licenses for the Wednesday Bench Show and Nite Hunt, Thursday Bench Show and Nite Hunt, Friday Bench Show and Nite Hunt and Saturday Bench Show and Nite Hunt
  2. Advertising
  3. Trophies
  4. Master of Hounds and Bench Show Judges for all 4 days
UEBFA will pay:
  1. One nite hunt entry per cast as a guide fee at English Days
  2. For the Thursday night supper for the UEBFA Members and Host Club Members
Host club will be responsible for:
  1. Grounds (no gate fee will be charged). No additional set up or cleaning fee will be charged to the UEBFA or its members.
  2. Guides for all four (4) nights including Saturday's youth hunt.
  3. Runners to satellite club (if used). Printed maps to all satellite clubs.
  4. Preparing and serving of the Thursday evening membership meal. Plan for 275 meals & include in bid price.
  5. Any permits or licenses (other than UKC licenses) required to hold a successful hunt.
  6. Kitchen and supplies.
  7. Any events, other than the Nite Hunts and Bench Shows (Treeing Contest, Water Race, Field Trial, etc.) trophies for these events paid for by the host club.
  8. Liability insurance policy for the event
