(1 જાન્યુઆરી 2021 થી 31 મી December 2021 ની વચ્ચે રિલીઝ થયેલી મૂવીઝને આ એવોર્ડ માટે પ્રવેશવાની મંજૂરી છે )

5.4 you can Apply on line or download pdf and send it on postal address ( તમે online પર અરજી કરી શકો છો અથવા
પીડીએફ ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકો છો અને તેને પોસ્ટલ સરનામાં પર મોકલી શકો છો

5.5 You have to attach the photo copy of censer board's certificate and movie poster. on

5.6 Photographs and phone no. of all crew members should be compulsory mention in the form.

5.8 If your movie is selected for nomination, we will inform you by e-mail or Phone. ( જો તમારી મૂવી નોમિનેશન માટે
પસંદ થયેલ છે, તો અમે તમને ઇ-મેલ અથવા ફોન દ્વારા જાણ કરીશું

5.9 this is people choice awards so...only winner invite for trophy . result will be announced on social media and also print media Gujarat leading news paper.

5.10 Only winners will be invited for the function to collect the trophy.
