Please fill out this form to make purchase requests for the BOCES Media Library.

School Library System staff will evaluate each request according to the Media Library Collection Development policy. A staff member will contact you when a purchase decision has been made, usually within 10 school days.

Due to processing times, items chosen for purchase may not be immediately available for loan. If you need items before a certain date, please indicate this below or contact your school librarian to borrow materials through interlibrary loan.
