Crown's A&S Youth Online Display Registration Form, 2023

This form is for those under 18 who wish to display their work as a part of this year's Online A&S Hybrid Championships event. Display entries will be shown alongside competitor entries in the online format. Your work will not be judged, although you can sign up for an optional consultation session to get some feedback about your project using this form.

Due to legal concerns in parts of the East Kingdom all communication with minors must be done through their parent/legal guardian. Parent/guardian(s) must consent to being the primary contact for online communications and present for any consultations. No direct unsupervised contact between MOAS staff and minors can be permitted.

The deadline to register for the A&S display is January 22nd at 11:59 pm; entries cannot be accepted after this time due to the need to create individualized web pages for each entrant.
