Thank you for your interest in serving our kids at Oak Hill Church!  This volunteer registration form is all-encompassing of all of the areas we are looking for volunteers for the fall: Sunday School, LittleLites/KidZone (Wednesday Nights), Nursery, and Children's Church.  
Section 1 is general information about you - name, address, contact information, etc.
The remaining sections are program-specific.  If you are interested in volunteering in only one area, click "no" in the other areas until it brings you to what you would like to volunteer for.
Sections 2/3 - Sunday School (teachers & assistants needed for kids ages 2 through grade 6)
Sections 4/5 - LittleLites/KidZone (Wednesday Nights) (teachers and assistants needed for kids ages 2 through grade 6)
Sections 6/7 - Nursery (during Sunday School or Worship Service)
Section 8 - Nursery Cleaning
Sections 9/10 - Children's Church (teachers and assistants needed)
