We know firsthand how a dog can change lives. We know that it can often be a financial burden to purchase a puppy/dog and then have to put that puppy/dog through extensive training for service/therapy/facility work. Molly's Purpose is the Jonescu Family's way of giving back to those in need. Beautiful Doodles 4 U is honored to be able to donate puppy's/dogs for service/therapy/facility/ESA work to those in need. Please apply for the Molly's Purpose dog by answering the questions below. This application is step ONE of TWO. Please understand that to be considered for a Molly's Purpose Dog, BOTH portions of the application must be completed. Thank you for applying!

BD4U does require that each Molly's Purpose puppy/dog pass their Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test. It is understood that proof of Molly's Purpose puppy/dog CGC's certificate be sent to BD4U upon completion. This can be as simple as a picture of your Molly's Purpose pup with their certificate or even just a picture of the certificate. By checking "Yes," you understand this. *

Molly's Purpose was created to give you or the person you are nominating a purpose again and what better way to share what a difference your Molly's Purpose puppy/dog has made in your life than to share your life changing story. Each Molly's Purpose puppy's have demonstrated to have an aptitude for the above careers. However, additional training is required before the puppy may be able to successfully work in any of those roles. BD4U provides no guarantee that your puppy will pass any or all of his/her training. We have found that collaboration between breeder, owner, and trainer increases the chances of success. Therefore, we request permission to communicate with your designated trainer. By checking "Yes," you are giving us permission to communicate with your designated trainer. *

There is no warranty guarantee on a Molly's Purpose Dog. While we use puppies from health tested parents,  we cannot guarantee health. Should your Molly's Purpose Dog pass away or get sick at any age, you are not given a replacement. By checking "Yes", you are agreeing to those terms. *
