RESET- Spiritual Growth Reflection
Where do you feel like you need a new beginning? What do you need to put in place to experience a true life Reset? This questionnaire is an invitation to deliberate reflection on areas where you feel you might need practical and biblical help to reset your relationship with Jesus.

This questionnaire is designed to help you as you reflect on your spiritual growth.* It will help you to identify areas of your relationship with God that are thriving and areas that have been neglected. This isn't a test! It is an opportunity to get an honest snapshot of your life right now so you can prayerfully and thoughtfully look at your life and decide where you would like to grow.

The reflection should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Each question has a scale of one to six, ranging from “Almost Never” to “Almost Always.” Don’t take too long to answer each question – simply mark down your instinctive response and move on to the next question. When you have completed the questionnaire you will be emailed a snapshot with your totals for each area of growth. Don't focus on the numbers!
