Set Up: Arrange tables and chairs. Post signage. Assist community partners and sponsors with their set up as needed.

Greeter: Welcome people to the festival. Be prepared to explain where community partners and sponsors tables are located. Show people how they can donate to festival. Be ready to explain the different films and panels. (training provided!)

Clean Up: Arrange all tables and chairs as needed by the venue. Tidy up area. Ensure all festival signage has been removed from inside and outside the venue.
