NOVA "The Cannabis Question" Event Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in hosting a community outreach event for NOVA "The Cannabis Question." Our goals for community outreach events are:

+ To increase knowledge about the potential risks and benefits of cannabis use and its evidence-based medicinal uses

+ To connect audiences to fact-based educational resources about cannabis

+ To encourage audiences to learn more about cannabis policies in their communities

Please review the information and guidelines here for hosting an outreach event and then complete the form below.

+ Your organization agrees to update NOVA Education about event attendance as well as any key changes in your event plans

+ No admission may be charged for your event

+ You will distribute a post event survey to event attendees & share responses with NOVA  

+ If you are planning to partner with a community organization, please note this in the form
