Details: A boilerplate homebrew event slathered with creativity and philanthropy! Concoct a recipe inspired by your vision of the future or spin something you have on hand to support 5 Extrordinary Projects led by people working to Change the Climate right here in New York City. The world can be a better place and beer can help get us there!
- Entrants must bring a minimum of 3 gallons (5 preferred) of their homebrew and a means to serve it
- Ice, Tables, Tasting Glasses, Dump Buckets, Rinse Water and Signage will be provided
- All brewers will receive a gift certificate to Bitter & Esters Homebrew Shop
- Crowd favorite and panel selection for Pro-Am Collaboration
- Additional prize drawings and raffle items
This event will serve as the soft launch of a longer running Imagined Futures initiative aiming to collaborate with NYC craft breweries to create beers that help improve our entire ecosystem by supporting the people and programs doing the work. All proceeds from ticket sales and raffle entries will be distributed across the 5 climate change projects in the Imagined Futures Program through the Holes in the Wall Collective, a Brooklyn based creative nonprofit.
