CHHS Course Extension 2021-22  - Seniors Only              (Second Semester)
Please complete this form if your child has made between a 60 - 69 in one of the courses offered. The student must have failed this course during the 2nd semester of the 2021- 2022 school year. If your student qualifies for more than one course you will need to complete an additional form.

Registration will close at 4:00 PM on May 18th.

When students complete the class they will receive a (70) and course credit. Student must PASS the course with at least a 70 to earn the credit. Course Extension will be held during school hours (8:20 am - 3:25 pm), May 19 -24. STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT EVERY DAY!!!!
