Thanks for your interest in the Winter 2021 Indigenous Community Celebration hosted by Academic Coaching and Tutoring Services (DDEEA)! This event will take place on Friday, December 17th from 10 am to 2 pm at the Memorial Union - room TBD. Please pre-register for the event so that we can provide enough food.

To be eligible to win free text books for Spring 2022 sponsored by ACTS you must complete all of the following:
1. Be a current UW Madison undergraduate student who identifies as Native or Indigenous
2. Attend one of the three Study Jams co-hosted by ACTS (AISCC 12/1, Biocommons 12/8, Red Gym 12/15)
3. Schedule and attend a 30 minute meeting with the ACTS Indigenous Student Services Coordinator to create your Spring 2022 academic success plan. This includes completing a survey before the meeting which will take approximately 30 minutes. This step must be completed by 5:00 pm on 12/15/2021.
4. Attend the Winter 2021 Indigenous Community Building Day on 12/17 from 10-2 at Memorial Union.
The four winners will be announced at the event on 12/17 (anonymously, you may choose to announce publicly if you are a winner). You must be present to win unless extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending - if you know in advance that you cannot attend, please notify us using this RSVP form. If you win a drawing, you must submit a complete list of required textbooks with ISBN numbers for your Spring 2022 courses to
acts@cdo.wisc.edu by January 3rd, 2022.
