Marinated Halal chicken, cooked in yogurt, nuts, saffron & spice blend. Served with potatoes and, roasted green peas. Polaw; aromatic Kalijeera rice, cooked with ginger, garlic, cardamom, bay leaves, kewra, and rose water.

DESSERT: Payesh (Rice pudding)
Bengali fragant rice cooked with cardamom, a mixture of nuts, golden raisins, and spice blend (contains dairy).
