Minibus Application form for summer term 2024 existing users only 
Please complete the form below if you require the minibus for the summer term. As per the mini bus policy (3.1.1 Current bus users wishing to rebook their places) the allocations is being offered to existing users first. 
The mini bus is currently full every day so we will be unable to accommodate many changes. 
If you book for the summer term you are committed to paying until the end of term this may need to be considered if you are hoping to use the after school provision when it opens 
 
As per the minibus policy if you are allocated a place to secure it your account must be in credit by Friday 15th March  and include the last week of travel . Pupils will not be permitted to travel if you have an outstanding balance.
This form will  close at 9am on Friday 8th March and any available places will be offered to non bus users. 

Pupils using the bus in the morning will arrive in time for breakfast club and there is no need to book a place separately 
Please note there has been a change to section 3 (3:2) of the policy. You will no longer be able to specify a particular bus in the afternoon. Places will be allocated based on the criteria set out in the policy. 

 There may be occasions when we only have enough pupils to support one bus in the afternoon. If this happens we will contact you and you will be required to pick up your child from the earlier route.
