On 21 March 2021, the Embodied Lab and the LonDownS team will be running an online interactive social event for children and their families to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day 2021.

Here are some of the activities we are thinking about including in the event. Please tick the activities that your child(ren) would be interested in taking part in.

Scavenger Hunt - the children look for items in the house that start with a certain letter

Guess the Song - we play a song and the children sing along and guess its name

Guess the Item - the children show an item from their house to the group; the others guess what it is based on a corner of it

Collage - the children find all the items in the collage that begin with a certain letter

Zoom Game - we show a zoomed in image; the children guess what it is whilst we slowly zoom out

Animal Sounds - we show an image of an animal, the children make the sound

Tower Building - we choose a colour, the children have to build a tower using only items of that colour
