FIRST COMMUNION ~ Our first communion instruction helps our children learn how in sharing the bread and wine of Holy Communion we remember Jesus' death and his rising to life again on the first Easter Day and how eating the bread and drinking the wine makes us one with him and brings us closer to one another.

The class has been rescheduled for May 15 at 11:15 AM. If you feel your child is ready for this preparation, please sign up. Lunch will be served.

Age
Children who have expressed their desire with their parents or guardians to join us as we gather around the Lord's Table can speak with Pastor Lynne or attend this class. Children who already take Holy Communion but have not had instruction are encouraged to participate.

Event
Children and their parents or other adults in their life are invited to attend our First Communion Instruction on April 15. During their time together with Pastor Lynne, children receive instruction about Communion and prepare to receive the Sacrament.

Blessing
Children and their families will come forward for a special prayer, blessing, and recognition during Sunday worship.
