Thank you for your interest in performing at the 2023 Detroit Dance City Festival's Rivera Court Stage. The Detroit Dance City Festival (DDCF) is an annual community-building event designed to cultivate, promote, and celebrate the art of dance in its various forms and disciplines. Held within the great city of Detroit, and drawing participants from an ever-expanding local, national, and international community, DDCF strives to educate diverse audiences about the impact of dance, provide opportunities for artists to share their work, and create an artistic network linking Michigan, the greater US, and the world. DDCF is spearheaded by ArtLab J, a non-profit organization founded in 2012 with the aim of building a stronger and more connected dance community, encouraging unity between the metro area's companies, studios, and performing artists by providing opportunities for artists to present their work and contribute to the cultivation of the arts in Detroit.

The tentative dates for DDCF 2023 are September 7-10, 2023

ABOUT DDCF's RIVERA COURT STAGE:
As the main event of our lunch time showcase, DDCF’s “Rivera Court Stage” is a series of performance showcases taking place in Rivera Court located in the beautiful atrium of the Detroit Institute of Arts. This unique showcase is designed to highlight local, national, and international talent, sharing diverse styles of dance with DDCF audiences in an inspiring museum setting.
