I just started merch-making last year at the end of 2022, and it has been a year since I make and sell my fan merchandises. I also attending various anime conventions to sell my products. So far, for me it has been running smoothly, but I need feedbacks from my customers, local and International, to help me to be better in every aspects -- merch quality, art, communication, etc. That's why I made this customer satisfaction survey! 😊
