Dinoland Camp Registration 2024
Summer camp is designed for children ages 4- 10
Camp runs daily Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)  9:00am – 4:00pm.
Before and after care is available at an extra cost. (7:30am-5:30pm)
Children will enjoy games, outdoor Playtime (weather permitting), crafts, playground play, and lots of group activities.
Any special excursions or activities will be communicated on a week by week basis.
Full Week Camp Costs are $255+hst.  Daily Camp Costs are $55+hst per day.  Sibling discounts are available on weekly camp.
Before and After Care Costs are $15 per day per child for before or after only.  $20 per day per child for both before and after care.
Payments must be made in full on the first day of camp every week. Days missed for any reason will not be refunded if your child is scheduled to attend. Payment can be made in the form of Visa, M/C, cash, debit or e-transfer.

PARENT AUTHORIZATION:

I hereby give consent for my child to participate in Camp at Dinoland Family Fun Centre taking part in all programs and activities unless I advise you in writing. 

I give permission for Dinoland Family Fun Centre to take photographs of my child and use them for camp purposes. 

To the best of my knowledge my child is in good health and I will notify Dinoland Family Fun Centre if this change. 

I understand that by signing this waiver of liability, I release to hold harmless 2542649 Ontario Inc O/A Dinoland Family Fun Centre and its owners, directors, employees, volunteers, camps staff and all other persons or entities acting for them from any and all claims, demands, suits, costs and charges, in connection with or arising out of Dinoland Family Fun Centre, including but not limited to, personal injury, bodily harm, injury, or property damage occurring while the child/ children below are in the care of Dinoland Family Fun Centre. I take full responsibility for my son/daughter to attend Dinoland Camp program and further release all staff from any liability concerning my child’s involvement in this program. 

In the event of a medical emergency I give permission to the physician selected by Dinoland Family Fun Centre to ensure proper treatment for my child. Every effort will be made to contact parent/guardian or emergency contact.
