קבלת החלקה מותנת בתשלום 50 ש"ח דמי רצינות המשמשים לטובת רכישת ציוד, תחזוקה, אביזרי גינה וטיפוחה, ו-50 ש"ח דמי פיקדון, אשר יוחזרו לסטודנט בסוף בעלותו על החלקה, בהתאם לתקנון.
