It all starts with YOU. Make yourself a priority by starting your day with something that brings you joy or otherwise adds value to your life. The first hour between 5 and 6am is meant to be focused on sharpening your body, mind, emotion and spirit. It fuels you, giving you the energy you need to be effective throughout the day. Our willpower is strongest in the morning and decreases as the day progresses. Do you find yourself never having time to listen to that podcast or finish that book? Maybe you would like to work exercise into your schedule. Need more time for meditation, prayer? This challenge is for you.

4. Post to your stories a snippet of what you're doing with a timestamp each day and tag us.
