Program overview 課程概覽: Participants will be able to get one free food bag each month, with cooking tutorial class, nutrition recipes. Classes will be held via Zoom in Mandarin. A $25 gift card will be awarded at the last class. P.S. Students will be automatically enrolled in our Tuesday Nutrition & Health online class from 1-3pm, instructed by Mr. Victor Lo. 參加者每月將可獲一袋免費食品，內含烹飪課程、營養食譜。課程將通過 Zoom 以普通話進行。在最後一節課，參加者將獲得價值 25 美元的禮品卡。附：學生將自動報名參加週二下午 1 點至 3 點的營養與健康在線課程，由 Mr. Victor Lo 指導。
