Our Public Hearing on the New York Blood Center ULURP Application is scheduled for Wednesday, May 12th at 6:30 PM < https://www.cb8m.com/event/19956/ >. We expect to hear from many of our neighbors that night, and will be placing a time limit on each speaker.

Since your time to speak will be very limited, we encourage you to submit written statements through this form in lieu of (or in addition to) your spoken testimony. We hope this provides the opportunity to share more comprehensive remarks. Everything you submit on this form will be a part of the public record and will be viewable by Board Members, the applicant, and the community.

To be clear, although members of the public are encouraged to submit a statement as a substitute for speaking during the meeting, those who submit a written statement will not be forbidden from speaking.
