ANC 3/4 G Budget Feedback
This form seeks your feedback on ANC 3/4 G's proposed budget for fiscal year 2023, available on our web site at anc3G.org. Please reply before December 10, 2022 so that we can have your feedback before our December 12 meeting when we need to adopt the 2023 budget.

In conformity with the DC Office of Advisory Neighborhood Commissions (OANC) policy, ANC3/4G has proposed a Commission budget for the fiscal year 2023, covering October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. The budget must be adopted by December 31, 2022. Total available funds for 2023 are $54,704 and total proposed expenses are $42,000, with a proposed ending balance of $12,704 going into fiscal year 2024. Total planned funds available in FY 2023 include a carryover of $35,828 from 2022 plus $18,876 in FY 2023 DC allotments from OANC. The carryover from 2022 resulted largely from a savings in personnel as the Commission did not replace our office assistant  during FY 2022. The FY 2023 expense categories set by the OANC are as follows, with the comparable FY 2022 amounts in parentheses (rounded to dollars).

Personnel: $16,000 ($147)

Direct Office Cost: $200 ($0)

Communication: $7,500 ($4,770)

Office Supplies: $500 ($163)

Grants:$10,000  ($5,989)

Local Transport: $100 ( $0)

Purchase of Services:  $7,500 ( $0)

Bank Charges: $100 ($33)

Other: $100 ($25)

The budget was proposed at the ANC3/4G regular meeting of November 28, 2022, was discussed and will be adopted at the scheduled and properly noticed December 12, 2022 public meeting. Any comments from the public may be directed to ANC 3/4G Treasurer, Commissioner Higgins, at 3G02@anc.dc.gov.
