Weekly texts are sent out on the Tuesday before camp to confirm enrollment for that week and provide any special details needed for that week.
When a date becomes full you will see (waitlist) next to the date. If you select a waitlisted date you will be placed on the waitlist and notified when a lot becomes available.
You may submit a new form with additional dates at a later time if needed.
Payment/refunds:
Vouchers must be received by the Tuesday before the scheduled camp date. If you are using a voucher and need to cancel for a prepaid date you will be credited if the cancellation is made within 24hrs.
If you are paying privately, all payments are due by cash, check or Venmo by the Tuesday before the scheduled camp date.
Hours of the day camp are 10:00am-2:00pm
