Thank you for your interest in the Hawaii Veterinary Medical Association (HVMA) Mentorship Program. The program is targeted to guide new graduate veterinarians, who recently graduated within the past five years, to navigate their careers in veterinary medicine. In addition, the program is aimed to provide relationships between mentors and mentees in the Hawaii veterinary community. The information  on this form will provide the HVMA and potential mentees a better idea of who you are and your interests in the mentorship program.
