By checking the yes box is my digital signature saying I know that I am responsible for collecting any taxes, and reporting to the Oklahoma Tax Commission. I also know that I am responsible for having any permits that need to be acquired. If this is a food truck all permits and licenses must be readily available upon request. Upon checking yes I also understand there are no refunds unless said event is cancelled.
