I, the Space User named above, hereby acknowledge that I am utilizing space at QT Castle: A Project of Our Space, located at 2212 Colfax Ave South, Minneapolis, 55405, herein referred to as the "Property", for the aforementioned event.

I understand and agree to the following:

1. The entities Our Space, as the property leaseholder, and the property owners, and all individuals associated with these entities/properties, are hereby released from any liability arising from my use of the Property.

2. I understand that Our Space is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event, whether caused by myself, participants, or third parties. I understand that I am  responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event.

3. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Space, QT Castle, and all associated individuals from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my and my participants use of the Property.

4. I acknowledge that this an application for use and does not guarantee acceptance. I will not advertise this event until I receive written acceptance from Our Space staff.

5. I agree, that if my space usage request is accepted, Our Space may include the event in funding reports, applications and other materials. Our Space is a non-profit community space that relies on grant and community funding.
