Thank you for joining the Schenectady Community Compost Project!

We currently have one locations open for registration:

Fehr Avenue Urban Farm: 49 Fehr Avenue, Schenectady

An additional Community Compost Station will be opening on Earth Day in the Town of Niskayuna.

There is a fee of $10 to enroll in this composting program and the funds will go directly to maintaining the compost bins. If you're unable to pay the fee, please let us know! The fee may be paid in cash, check, or via credit card online at https://schenectady.cce.cornell.edu/donate Click the gold donate button and follow the prompts. Be sure to choose "If applicable, specify program" and enter "Community Compost".

Here is how to sign up:

1. Watch the video below.

2. Take the quiz.

3. Answer the questions and submit your form.

4. Wait for confirmation and lock code from Composting Educator. Please allow 48 hours for this information to be emailed to you.
