Information to complete before attending the school Holiday workshops.

Thank you for booking into our school holiday workshop at the Hundertwasser Art Centre.

 Our Art Facilitators are looking forward to meeting your child and guiding them through a joyful art making session inspired by Hundertwasser’s philosophy.

 Please provide us with details about each child attending:

Occasionally children have minor incidents with scissors or art supplies and require first aid. This is usually treated with plasters, ice packs or other basic first aid items. Parents will always be notified of any incidents.

 Do you give permission for your child's photo to be used in promotional material?

Such use could include the display, distribution, publication, transmission, or otherwise use of photographs, images, and/or video for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to, printed materials such as brochures and newsletters, videos, and digital images such as those on the website and social media pages.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Classes missed by individuals cannot be made up or refunded.

You can cancel your booking up to three days before the workshop and you will be refunded.

Cancellation – If a class has to be cancelled due to outside circumstances and through no fault of the Hundertwasser Art Centre with Wairau Māori Art Gallery, a makeup class will be provided. 

No refund will be made.

– If a workshop has to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be able to opt for a credit or a refund.

Data Use & Privacy – We will periodically send you emails with relevant information e.g., new workshops, tips on how to bring creativity into your conversations with children, etc. We will never share your details with a third party.

 Health and Wellbeing - Children must be well on the day of the workshop, including no cold and flu symtoms. If your child becomes upset, injured, unwell or non-compliant, you will be required to collect your child early. You will be contacted via the phone numbers collected in this form. 

If your child cannot make a session, please let us know as soon as you are able so others on the waiting list can be notified.

On the day you will be asked to sign-in on our attendance sheet and sign-out for pick up.

Parking

If you are looking for additional parking options you may wish to check out the Hatea East carpark, $2 a day, located at the corner of Hatea Drive and Riverside Drive.

 Arrive at the Hundertwasser Art Centre with Wairau Māori Art Gallery, front entrance (near the fountain) 5 minutes before your workshop starts, with a snack and clothes you don't mind getting messy.

10:00am - Sign in at front of house and settle time.

12 midday - Pick up and sign-out.
