STEPS Online Consultation - Tutoring
STEPS, Student Teachers Enriching Proficiency through Service, is a student-founded nonprofit organization that works to bridge the gaps in education in low-income communities. As the name suggests, STEPS aims to be the stepping stones to academic excellence, providing an educational platform to enhance students’ scholastic skills whilst also providing instructional resources for those in need regardless of their social status, location or financial situation. STEPS offers tutoring services that foster a long-term relationship between the student and tutor for a wide range of subjects (including standardized tests) and grade levels. We take pride in our “by students, for students” teaching style.

All of the funding gathered from tutoring is put directly into schools in lower income communities in the form of technology or other resources to aid in the development and education of the students.
