2023 Indiana AAU Volunteer Sign-Up
We are seeking volunteers to help with our AAU Indiana District Championships. Please complete this form to let us know how you might want to volunteer.

In case it doesn't go without saying, we don't expect volunteers to pay tournament admission ($10). If you're arriving at 8 AM to watch your child compete, but not volunteering until 1 PM -- no worries! We'll have your name on a list at the door, so we know not to charge you.

A volunteers meeting will be held jointly by Adamson's Karate Studios on Friday, March 10th at 7:30pm CT / 8:30PM ET. Volunteers can join in-person or join remotely (link to join TBA).

What activities can you help with during the tournament? *
Most of you will be assigned to either Table Help or Set-up/Tear-down.  However some of you may have skills that could be utilized more if we assign you somewhere else . No prior experience is necessary for set-up/Tear-down, or Table Help, as we will provide training.

Will you attend the Virtual Volunteer Meeting one week before the event? *
This training is required for volunteers. However, we understand some exceptions may be necessary.
