If you haven't yet joined the PTSA you can do that right here! You can join for everyone in your family, and donations are always appreciated! We are planning some fun activities for our student members as well. All Board and committee members must also be PTSA members.

Board positions I am interested in hearing more about

Historian - This is where the memories are made. (Can be a student)

Financial Secretary - Also, helpful to be good with money here. And still trustworthy. Think "Treasurer-in-training" but with fewer responsibilities

President -Elect Learn how to be The Big Cheese, it's very important. (Just kidding, it's not too hard)

Vice President of Membership - Work fast and hard. Job basically ends in October, recruit all the members you can!

Secretary - Take the minutes, so a good listener who can also write and is free to attend meetings!

Treasurer - Money, you should be good with money. And trustworthy, I'm just saying.

Parliamentarian - Rule follower. Need to know all the rules and boss around the President.

Auditor - You audit our money. Keeping it real.

Committees I am interested in hearing more about

Communications - Newsletter, website, and/or Social Media

Reflections - Encourage our Reed artists to become stars! Run the PTSA Reflections arts program. Basically done before Christmas!

"Fun"d raising/Community Events in general - Raising some money while mostly just having fun

IDEA - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access Committee

Parent Ed - Working with FIHP to coordinate speakers for Parent Education

See's Candy - Seems self explanatory, but coordinating the selling of See's candy

Student Board Member Liaison - Wrangler of the goal oriented children on our board

8th Grade Committee - Planning fun stuff for 8th grade
