The purpose of this survey is to give you the opportunity to choose electives for the 2019-20 SY. Your Middle School Academic Team has assigned your CORE classes based on course progression and transcript review.
If you have questions about selecting ELECTIVE courses, contact Mrs. Teresea Bannister, for assistance.
Once you have completed this survey, your responses will be gathered and courses will be loaded so they are ready for you in the fall when you return.

2- PLEASE refer to the 2019-20 VHS COURSE CATALOG that has the course descriptions and pre-requisites that has been sent to your email account if you have questions about course content prior to completing this survey.
* 2 Credits of Humanities are required for graduation:
* Humanities courses include Foreign Languages, Fine Art, Anthropology, Sociology, and Psychology.
* 1 credit of Health is required for graduation (may be taken any time)

Survey responses are due by May 17, 2019. If elective courses are not selected by that date, elective courses will be chosen for you.
Please note: The elective courses listed below are those we intend to offer for the 2019-2020 school year; however, if we do not have enough students sign up for any given course, we may not be able to offer it. We will do our best to grant your elective selections, but there may be instances in which changes or substitutions will need to be made.
