GiSTEMChats: From Virtual to Reality
GiSTEM, Inc. recognizes that the current exposure to virtual learning can lead to both benefits and challenges in the future for students interested in STEM. GiSTEM wants to ensure that there continues to be a pipeline of women to move into future STEM careers. These chats are designed to continue to push meaningful conversations on the importance of women being at the table, even during a pandemic.  

The objectives for this GiSTEMChats session is to:
1. Discuss the panelist’s experience with virtual learning.

2. Allow the panelists and participants to make the connection between marketable skills developed during virtual learning to the skills needed for future STEM careers.

3. Introduce concepts and tactics that can be used in virtual learning that will lead to mastery of communication skills.
