Supplier Company Description and Registration for the event
Thank You for your interest in participation in the Outdoor Travel Workshop! To validate and confirm your registration, we need more information about you and your company. * = obligatory answer. Please write your answers to the questions under.

We provide following alternatives for participation of the Suppliers:
Own table for 1 company with 1 or 2 persons from the same company. 

The allotment for Suppliers is estimated to be ca 20. It is recommended to register as soon as possible, since the number of Suppliers is limited. Number of approved Buyers will be ca 20. Buyers are invited globally, from over 20 different countries. All meetings are one-to-one, so no group meetings possible.

850 € + VAT 25,5%, 1 person

200 € + VAT 24%, additional person from the same company

Please note! Discounted price 750 € + VAT for the companies in Koli area. 

Early Bird Price Package 1.6.2025 - 31.7.2025

950 € + VAT 25,5%, 1 person

200 euroa + VAT 25,5%, additional person from the same company

Normal Price Package 1.8.2025 - 14.9.2025

1050 € + VAT 25,5%, 1 person

200 euroa + VAT 25,5%, additional person from the same company

Price includes:
- workshop from 9:00 to 16:00 o'clock (Venue: Break Sokos Hotel Koli)
- technical support
- lunch and non-stop coffee/tea station
- Buyers' Contact information (in English, digital version, pdf) for Suppliers incl. contact information of the buyers in attending at Tahko event
- Suppliers' Manual (in English, digital version, pdf) for Buyers incl. information of the suppliers with contact
  information. 
- ToolBox personnel assistance

ADDITIONAL SERVICES, SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGE
There are additional services available for Suppliers as follows. All the costs are shown in the questionnaire with multiple choice questions.
* Electricity 80 euros + VAT 25,5%
* Get Together Party 90 € + VAT 25,5 % (includes transfer from hotel and back, 3-course dinner, limited amount of beverages), highly recommended for networking. 
 
* Pre or Post Tours: 
1) tour 900 € + VAT 25,5 %, when preliminary program is delivered before 31.5.2025
1100 € + VAT 25,5, % Pre or1 Post Tour when preliminary program is delivered before 30.6.2025
1300 € + VAT 25,5, %1 Pre or 1 Post Tour when preliminary program is delivered before 31.7.2025

Recommended for all suppliers for networking. Suppliers Get Together Party cost 90 € + VAT 25,5%. The price includes transfer from Sokos Hotel Koli - venue - Sokos Hotel Koli. Also it includes 3-course meal with limited amount of beverages.
