The Mountain East Province welcomes you to our Fall 2020 Virtual Assembly meeting! Our main business sessions will occur on Saturday, October 31st from 10:00-10:30 a.m. and Saturday, November 7th from 10:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-2:30 p.m. Both meeting days are mandatory for chapter delegates and Brothers wishing to run for the Province executive board.

During the October 31st session, we will be opening the call for nominations for Province elections. This will allow time for Brothers wishing to run for a position to submit recorded speeches in advance of the main business session on November 7th. Typical business session proceedings will occur at this meeting (i.e. elections). Further guidance on how to prepare for this new structure is soon to come!

Additionally, pandemic or no pandemic, Brotherly bonding during a Province meeting is essential! So, during the Province week, we will be hosting fantastic programming and virtual social events! These events will be planned for weeknights, beginning at 7 p.m. or later in an attempt to avoid class and work schedules! A full schedule of events with meeting links will soon be published on the Assembly website!

The cost of registration is $20 for collegiates and $25 for graduates. Venmo is no longer a permissible payment method, so you must follow the link to the Square Storefront to pay for registration: https://kymep.square.site

Early bird registration will close on Wednesday, October 14th at 11:59 PM EDT; after this date, Province favor and t-shirt ordering will close, but general registration will still be open to all Brothers!
