This application is for students NEW to Community Collaborative Charter School

Please complete this application to be considered for enrollment during the 2025-26 school year. Only submit one application per student. Families with more than one student should submit one application per student.

CCCS held Open Enrollment in March of 2025 and no lottery was needed. CCCS will hold a lottery mid-year if and when there are more applications received than available spots.

If accepted, new enrollees will need to provide proof of residence, proof of birthdate, and immunization records. The applicant will be disqualified if the application is falsified or if incorrect information is provided. Falsifying any information (including address) will void acceptance.

All TK-12th grade new applicants interested in attending Community Collaborative Charter School must apply.

If a lottery is needed, preference will be given according to the charter specifications which are as follows:

1. Siblings of existing students who reside within the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary

2. Siblings of existing students who reside outside the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary

3. Children of CCCS employees who reside within the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary

4. Children of CCCS employees who reside outside the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary

5. All other applicants who reside within the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary

6. All other applicants
