RRCC Signature Courses
RRCC Signature Classes are courses that are mostly unique to RRCC, are the highest in a sequence or go above and beyond general degree requirements. (Ex: PHY 213 - Modern Physics, MAT 220 Proofs) These courses should be taught integrating high-impact practices and support Honors learning outcomes. Students can take a signature course and receive Honors credit if they earn a B or better in the class. The Honors designation will then be added to their transcript.
If you would like to opt your class in to the Signature course list, fill out the following form. Honors will help promote the Signature classes. Please email barbra.sobhani@rrcc.edu with any questions.

Description in the Honors Student Handbook:
Students may complete required or additional honors courses through the signature course option. Signature courses are upper-level courses, taught using high impact practices, that are generally unique to RRCC and taught by our top faculty. These courses will be identified each semester. To earn Honors credit, the student needs to earn a B or better.  The Honors designation will then be added to the student transcript.
