The Hive Signup Form: Working Groups & Lists
Thank you for your interest in The Hive @ Dickinson College. We are excited to work collaboratively with you to grow our cooperative through the following four workings groups. You can sign up for one or all, but please note that some require trainings upon joining. You can also just sign up for our general "Hive List Serve".

🐝    Beekeeping: Learn how to handle bees, discover their biology, and learn the basics of how to care for bees. Active participants can gain the necessary skills to start their own hives in the future. (ADDITIONAL TRAINING REQUIRED)

🐝   Honey Harvesting: Experience the process of how to go from honey in a hive to honey in bottles.  (ADDITIONAL TRAINING REQUIRED)

🐝  Native Bees and Pollinators: Help pollinators by participating in plantings, garden management, native bee homes and landscape design & maintenance. (ADDITIONAL TRAINING REQUIRED)

🐝 Value-added Products: Explore business opportunities for value added products related to bees.  Using honey, wax, pollen or propolis, learn how to make everything from soap to moisturizer to jewelry!
