. This is an amazing opportunity to connect with new graduate students, spread awareness, and share resources. Graduate students do not always feel the same sense of belonging undergraduates feel, and they sometimes feel uncertain of their resources and options. We are excited to improve that, starting with this event.
We have
two ways you can participate. We hope everyone will be able to attend our resource fair, and there is also an opportunity for more in-depth engagement or individual volunteers to assist with the event.
Resource Table
5:30-7pm in Ritchie Coliseum
Organizations and departments are welcome to participate to raise awareness of your mission, offerings, and resources. We ask that each group provide an interactive activity at their table to contribute to a spirit of fun and engagement.
2-8pm
We would also love some additional volunteers to help us direct people, collect tickets, distribute swag, and otherwise manage the event. Those who offer to volunteer will receive additional information via email about shifts and roles.
