Summer 2019 Class & Camp Registration
Please fill out all required questions and select the classes for each week for which you would like to register yourself or your child.  

*IMPORTANT:  In order for a class to be held, there must be sufficient dancer enrollment.  PLEASE register online as soon as possible to ensure classes will be held.  

The June 2019 Summer Term begins on Monday, June 3rd and last for four weeks, ending on Thursday, June 27th.
The July 2019 Summer Term begins on Monday, July 8th and last for four weeks, ending on Thursday, August 1st.

IF A CLASS IS MISSING FROM THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW -- IT IS FULL AND HAS BEEN CLOSED.  IF THERE IS A CLASS THAT IS CLOSED AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PLACED ON THE WAITLIST IN CASE A SPACE OPENS, PLEASE EMAIL SUSAN AT mtowndance@gmail.com

For the Summer Foundations/Grown Up & Me Classes & Camps, please use the following birthday cutoffs:  
Grown Up & Me (ages 2-4 with an Adult) - Child must be 2 by May 1, 2019
Foundations I (ages 3-5) - Child must be 3 by May 1, 2019
Foundations II (ages 5-7) - Child must be 5 by May 1, 2019
***WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO OUR BIRTHDAY CUT-OFF DATES.


For all classes, you should enroll in the same level you were in for the Fall & Spring terms.  If you did not take classes at MDS during the Fall 2018 and/or Spring 2019, please email mtowndance@gmail.com for class selection information and assistance.

Placement classes for Fall 2019, Spring 2020, & Summer 2020 will be scheduled in August.

Any students (under age 10) who are brand new to ballet this summer should enroll in Beginning Ballet.  Older new students should contact the studio for placement information.

- For any NEW registrations in the Summer, there will be a $15 registration fee per family and this fee covers the immediate family for the Summer 2019 term.  (This does not apply to those who registered in the preceding Fall 2018 or Spring 2019 semesters.) Please note that this fee is in addition to tuition and is non-refundable.

Students may select individual classes per week, so you are not required to register for the ENTIRE June, July, or Summer session for a class.  However, classes with insufficient enrollment will be CANCELLED.

YOU MUST PAY FOR THE CLASSES YOU REGISTER FOR . . . NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AND NO MAKE-UPS WILL BE CARRIED OVER TO THE FALL TERM.  

General Fee Structures for Summer CLASSES:
REGISTERED STUDENTS
$20 per class for a 1 hour 30 minute class
$17 per class for a 1 hour 15 minute class
$13 per class for a 1 hour class  
$10 per class for a 45 minute class
$7 per class for a 30 minute class

Payment in full is due the first week of each term.  

A Dance Card MUST be pre-purchased
DANCE CARD STUDENTS
$21 per class for a 1 hour 30 minute class
$18 per class for a 1 hour 15 minute class
$14 per class for a 1 hour class  
$11 per class for a 45 minute class
$8 per class for a 30 minute class

The Drop-In Rate is $15 per hour
DROP-IN STUDENTS
$23 per class for a 1 hour 30 minute class
$19 per class for a 1 hour 15 minute class
$15 per class for a 1 hour class  
$11 per class for a 45 minute class
$9 Per class for a 30 minute class

AT THE END OF THE REGISTRATION FORM, YOU MAY CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS.  You may request to pay FULL JUNE TERM, FULL JULY TERM, OR FULL SUMMER TERM TUITION.  A PAYPAL INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO YOU WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF REGISTRATION AND YOU MAY PAY ONLINE BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR THROUGH A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, OR IN THE STUDIO BY CASH, CHECK, OR CREDIT CARD.

College students will receive a 10% tuition discount.
Dancers who are,  or are the children of, Veterans/Current & Former  Military  will receive a 10% tuition discount
Dancers 65 years and older will receive a 10% tuition discount.
Dance students/families signing up for multiple classes may receive discounts depending on the number of hours taken
