Summer Rec Baseball Registration Form 2023

Open for kids who are currently in 2nd grade and will be going into 3rd grade next school year through students who are currently in 9th grade. Cost is $40. This includes registration, jersey with the name on the back, and a hat. Turn money into your school office. Fill out 1 form for each child. Deadline for submitting the registration form and turning in money is Wednesday, May 17th.
