Please fill out this form to pre-register your son or daughter in the Preschool Program. All questions must be answered to register. Payment confirmation will be sent before the end of June to update and confirm registration. Registration will be provided to current parents/kids in our 2023/2023 program. We will create a waitlist for those wishing to register after program is full.
Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Please note the Prospect Road Community Centre reserves the right to change availability of programs due to staffing. In the case where a program availability changes to a lower number, spots will be given as a first come, first serve basis.
